Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BookedMore's website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

BookedMore provides short-term rental marketing, listing optimization, dynamic pricing, guest communication, and co-hosting services for property owners. Specific services and fees are outlined in individual service agreements.

Service Agreements

Our management services are governed by a separate management agreement signed at the start of each engagement. That agreement takes precedence over these general terms with respect to service-specific obligations, fees, and termination procedures.

No Guarantee of Results

While we strive to maximize your rental revenue, BookedMore does not guarantee specific occupancy rates, revenue figures, or booking volumes. Results vary based on property location, condition, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.

Property Owner Responsibilities

As a property owner working with BookedMore, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining your property in a safe, clean, and habitable condition.
• Ensuring your property complies with all local regulations, HOA rules, and short-term rental laws.
• Maintaining adequate insurance coverage for your property.
• Providing accurate information about your property.

Intellectual Property

All content on the BookedMore website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of BookedMore and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

BookedMore's liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the three months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement with 30 days written notice, subject to the terms of your individual service agreement.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
