• Resource download requests — When you request a free tool or guide (e.g., the Revenue Estimator or STR Startup Checklist), we collect your email address to deliver the resource and follow up with relevant content.
• Newsletter sign-ups — If you subscribe to our email list, we collect your email address.

Information Collected Automatically

• Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — We use GA4 to collect anonymized usage data including pages visited, time on site, scroll depth, button clicks, form submissions, and download interactions. • Service providers — Resend (email delivery), Google Analytics (site analytics), Supabase (database and backend infrastructure), and Google Maps (address autocomplete). Each is bound by confidentiality obligations and processes data only as instructed by us.
