    Questions owners ask

    What does BookedMore charge?

    A percentage of your host payout: 15–20% depending on the plan you choose. Host payout is what the booking platform actually pays you after its own service fee. Cleaning fees are excluded. There are no setup or onboarding fees, so we only earn when you earn.

    Do I keep control of my listing?

    Yes. You keep your own Airbnb or Vrbo account, your listing and your reviews. We work as your management partner, not the owner. You can see everything we do, make decisions about your property at any time, and block dates for personal use.

    What happens if something goes wrong during a stay?

    Our team is available 24/7 to handle guest issues. We work quickly to resolve problems, coordinate with vendors when needed, and tell you about any significant issue.

    I already have a manager. Can I switch?

    Yes. We can typically begin within 1-2 weeks of signing up, which includes optimizing your listing and setting up systems. If you have existing reservations, we'll take over managing them.

    What about my HOA or city rules?

    Tell us in the qualifier above. If an HOA or rule limits stays under 30 nights, we'll go over your options on the call. Not sure? Choose "Not sure" and we'll look into it together.
